In the late 70’s, Bill Levinson, founder of W.A.B.B.I.T. Inc., began searching all over the world to find manufacturing facilities that could make the highest quality cotton and produce a superior cotton pad for the application and removal of cosmetics on the face and nails. He had spent most of his professional career in the cosmetic industry with the largest national cosmetic companies. He firmly believed that the existing cotton products on the market at that time did more harm when used to apply or remove cleansers, toners, and makeup. The available products were not 100% pure cotton, but were a blend of synthetics. Most were cotton balls which made application and usage awkward. |

Not only did Bill Levinson want to make a cotton pad that allowed one to use as much cotton as necessary for the proper application and removal of cosmetics, but also his goal was to find the purest and highest quality product on the market. In 1980 his dream was realized and COTTON CLOUDS® was introduced into the marketplace. This prestigious cotton, with the unique feature of being able to “pick it thick or thin”, was represented in the finest department stores and drug stores. Later COTTON CLOUDS® was distributed to national drug chains, grocery chains and mass merchandisers. Today Bill Levinson’s dream and his philosophy live on through his wife Diana who actively oversees the company’s direction and activities. |
